Under the hood, NovaDDE is the reasoning and orchestration layer of the Nova Stack. It calls NovaAtom for molecular structure and interactions, and it hands designs to NovaLab for experimental validation, closing the loop between computational intelligence and biological reality.

The goal is to reduce the distance between a scientific question and the evidence needed to act on it.
