Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Geodesic Intelligence Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with NovaDDE, our agentic AI platform available at https://agent.geodesiclab.com/ (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy primarily applies to information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be associated with an individual ("Personal Information"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service and address User Content, including scientific, technical, and other information submitted to the Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Service, including when you create an Account, upload content, chat with an Agent, or otherwise interact with the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites or services you access through the Service.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Contact Information. Email address, name, password/authentication credentials, organization or company name, job title or role are collected when you create or manage the account.

2.2 Usage and Interaction Information. We collect information about your use of the Service, including the features you use, activity timestamps, interactions with Agents, Service settings and preferences, and the Company Models or Third-Party LLM Providers used in connection with your requests.

2.3 Payment Information. For paid plans, billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.

2.4 Device and Log Data. IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, authentication and security logs are collected automatically when you use the Service.

2.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, maintain security and understand usage of the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service, including routing your requests to the Company Models or Third-Party LLM Providers you select;
  • Process transactions and manage billing;
  • Monitor, debug, and improve the Service, including its reliability, performance, and capacity, using usage data and de-identified or aggregated information;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Communicate with you about the Service, including updates and support; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use User Content or Output to train or fine-tune Company Models. Where we use information to improve the Service, we use usage data and information in de-identified and aggregated form that cannot reasonably be associated with you or your User Content.

4. How We Share Information

4.1 Third-Party LLM Providers. When you direct the Service to use a Third-Party LLM Provider, the relevant User Content and prompts are transmitted to that provider to generate Output. That provider processes the data under its own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to review before selecting it.

4.2 External Homology Search. Protein structure prediction requires a multiple sequence alignment (MSA) — a standard step in which a query sequence is searched against public protein sequence databases. For models that perform this step, the protein sequences in your User Content are sent to the ColabFold MSA server, an independent service operated by the ColabFold project. Only the protein sequences required for the search are transmitted; your Account identifiers, credentials, uploaded files, and other User Content are not, and the search is not associated with you or your organization. Because this service is operated independently of the Company, it processes the sequences under its own terms and we do not control its systems or data handling. The models that perform this step are identified in the Service. If you do not want a sequence transmitted outside our infrastructure, do not submit it to those models.

4.3 Service Providers. We share information with vendors that support our operations, such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, and customer support providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.

4.4 Legal and Safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public, including in connection with suspected biosafety or biosecurity concerns.

4.5 Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to protections consistent with this Policy.

4.6 With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

4.7 No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information for money. Where applicable law defines certain sharing (such as with analytics or advertising partners) as a "sale" or "share," we do not engage in that practice without providing you the required choice.

5. Data Storage and Transfers

We store information on cloud infrastructure operated by us or our service providers, which may be located in the United States and other jurisdictions where those providers operate. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your Personal Information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your Personal Information, or to opt out of certain processing. As stated in Section 3, we do not use User Content to train or fine-tune our models. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@geodesiclab.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

You may also delete your Account by contacting us; account deletion is generally irreversible, and we will delete or anonymize associated Personal Information except where retention is required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If you believe a child has provided us Personal Information, contact us at contact@geodesiclab.com so we can delete it.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may reference or integrate with third-party websites and services, including Third-Party LLM Providers. This Policy does not apply to those third parties; please review their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Service and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as by email) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
